📋 Description

• • As a Launch Trainer at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will play a critical role in onboarding dental practices to Dandy’s digital platform, ensuring they achieve confidence and early adoption of intraoral scanning and digital workflows through engaging, hands-on training.
• • You will lead live virtual and in-person training sessions for new dental practices, guide them through onboarding milestones, demonstrate best scanning techniques, and provide ongoing coaching to improve scan quality, workflow efficiency, and feature adoption post-launch.
• • Dandy is transforming the $400B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, backed by top venture capital and committed to empowering clinicians with innovative technology and world-class support.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in dental technology training, strengthen your consultative coaching skills, drive measurable customer outcomes, and grow your impact through collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to shape the customer journey.
