  • • Lead, Account SE - Higher Education at Salesforce drives technical sales cycles for education institutions, bridging technology and strategy to modernize operations and enhance learner experiences through AI-powered solutions like Agentforce.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading solution cycles, understanding institutional needs, positioning Salesforce as a strategic partner, applying technical expertise, supporting RFP processes, collaborating across teams, staying ahead of industry trends, achieving performance goals, investing in professional growth, driving consumption and value realization, estimating use case scoping, and developing Agentforce and AI/Data use cases tailored to education.
  • • The role sits within Salesforce’s Global Public Sector Solution Engineering team, working with sales, product experts, partners, and professional services to deliver tailored solutions that optimize the student life cycle and streamline administrative processes in higher education.
  • • The person will learn and achieve deep expertise in education technology transformation, earn Salesforce and AI certifications, lead high-impact technical engagements, influence institutional digital strategy, and grow as a trusted advisor in the agentic era of AI-driven CRM.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of combined experience working with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, with a focus on education.
  • • 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer success.
  • • Artificial Intelligence and/or Data Certifications, Salesforce-preferred, related to generative AI and LLM concepts.
  • • Deep understanding of education operations, including student lifecycle management, academic operations, financial aid, student success initiatives, enrollment, and alumni relations.
  • • Strong technical acumen, with experience configuring and demonstrating Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms in a sales or implementation context.
  • • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
