  • • As the Country Manager for Indonesia, you will lead SOTI’s growth and expansion in the enterprise and government sectors by driving new business, building strategic relationships, and owning the full sales cycle to win new logos and exceed revenue targets.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing end-to-end sales processes, forecasting and reporting on account performance, resolving customer escalations, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure solution delivery and satisfaction.
  • • You will be part of a global, innovative organization that values entrepreneurial thinking, continuous learning, and cutting-edge technology, working alongside industry leaders to deliver best-in-class mobile and IoT device management solutions.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise sales, partner ecosystem management, and strategic account growth while contributing to SOTI’s mission of enabling organizations to mobilize and optimize their operations through secure, scalable technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 15+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the High-Tech industry, with SaaS/cloud experience considered ideal.
  • • Proven track record of success in direct selling to Tier 1 accounts in key sectors such as Utilities, Healthcare, Emergency Services, and Construction.
  • • Demonstrated experience managing and growing a sales or country operation, including driving revenue and meeting business targets.
  • • In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) or a comparable market, including understanding of competitors, industry trends, and related sectors.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with expertise in technical, contractual, and financial negotiations.
