- • As a founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the EMEA region, own the full outbound prospecting motion for the UK market, from identifying target accounts to executing high-impact outreach strategies that drive qualified pipeline.
- • Build and refine creative, data-driven outreach sequences using intent signals, firmographic data, and behavioral triggers to uncover hidden opportunities in AI-focused marketing teams.
- • Conduct discovery calls that function as consultative conversations—deeply mapping prospect pain points to AirOps’ AI-powered content engineering platform, not reciting scripts or pushing features.
- • Serve as the first point of contact and brand representative for AirOps, establishing authentic, high-trust relationships with marketing leaders and decision-makers before they recognize a need for the product.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless, qualified handoffs—each opportunity passed must be thoroughly researched, properly qualified, and primed for closure.
- • Maintain and enrich the CRM as the central source of truth: log all interactions accurately, update account details in real time, and use data to iterate on email templates, call scripts, and outreach timing.
- • A/B test outreach methods relentlessly—optimize subject lines, cadence, channels, and messaging based on response rates and conversion metrics to maximize pipeline efficiency.
- • Operate with startup speed: quickly adapt to new tools, troubleshoot outreach tech stack issues, and jump into cross-functional initiatives without waiting for direction.
- • Embrace extreme ownership: treat your pipeline as your responsibility; if results lag, diagnose the issue, test solutions, and iterate until you hit targets.
- • Leverage AI tools beyond passive use: apply hands-on experience with coding platforms like Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable to enhance personalization, automate research, or structure outreach workflows.
- • Demonstrate a bias for action by initiating projects independently, solving problems proactively, and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Balance precision with empathy: listen actively during calls to uncover nuanced challenges, then respond with tailored insights that position AirOps as a strategic partner—not just another vendor.
- • Maintain meticulous organization in all communications and CRM entries, ensuring data integrity enables scalable growth and accurate forecasting.
- • Thrive in a hybrid environment: split time between the central London office and remote work, engaging daily with team members across EMEA and the US.

🎯 Requirements
- • 0-1 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- • Proven ability to execute high-quality outbound outreach via cold email, cold calls, and LinkedIn
- • Strong active listening and emotional intelligence skills for consultative discovery calls
- • Bias for action and ownership of outcomes in fast-moving environments
- • Track record of finishing projects, initiatives, or commitments
- • Experience with or curiosity about AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable (beyond basic content generation)
