  • • As an Inbound Sales Representative at Barkbus LLC, you will serve as the first human point of contact for customers, playing a pivotal role in converting leads into long-term recurring customers by educating them about Barkbus’ mobile dog grooming services and guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound calls and making proactive outbound calls to schedule new customers and resolve scheduling needs, with a minimum expectation of 70 calls per day, while managing leads through calls, texts, and other channels to maximize conversion speed.
  • • You will accurately document lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up needs in the CRM tool Marathon, build rapport with pet parents by personalizing interactions and understanding their dogs’ grooming needs, and take full ownership of closing bookings on the call with clear next steps and confirmed appointments.
  • • You will collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to coordinate groomer appointments, handle rescheduling and special requests, and contribute to improving operations, systems, and overall customer experience while maintaining performance targets of at least 7 bookings per day and $1,500 in daily revenue generated.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven success in inbound and outbound sales, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • • Ability to consistently manage high call volume per day (minimum of 70 calls a day).
  • • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Clear and concise written communication.
  • • Strong attention to detail and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
  • • Consistent track record of hitting and ideally surpassing sales quotas, with a strong focus on daily revenue performance and measurable results.
  • • Fully remote-ready: reliable internet, a dependable computer setup, and a professional-grade headset for seamless communication.
