- • As a Retail Execution Specialist for The Coca‑Cola Company’s Advanced Hydration division, you will serve as the ultimate ambassador for brands like BODYARMOR, Powerade, vitaminwater, and smartwater, driving sales growth and maximizing brand presence in your assigned territory through effective in-store execution and merchandising.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales growth opportunities, installing and maintaining creative displays, acting as a brand ambassador to store personnel and consumers, executing sales programs, collaborating with Coca‑Cola Merchandisers and the BASN Field team, gathering customer insights, maintaining territory accounts (including date code checks, plan‑ogram adherence, and POS material management), utilizing company‑provided technology for real‑time reporting, and performing physical tasks such as lifting 25‑50 lbs and building point‑of‑sale materials.
- • You will join a dynamic, fast‑paced business unit fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, strong collaboration, and shared ambition, where teams lead innovation in the hydration category and are committed to winning through agility, curiosity, inclusivity, and a growth mindset.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
- • 0–2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service (entry‑level candidates with willingness to learn considered)
- • Strong selling skills and ability to influence store/ownership personnel using fact‑based data
- • Substantial local travel (~75%) required within assigned territory
- • Self‑motivated with ability to work independently, multitask across numerous stores, and manage time effectively
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) for cross‑functional and multi‑level management interactions
- • Willingness to engage with BODYARMOR and Powerade consumer activities and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and brand enthusiasm
- • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently, with bending, reaching, and kneeling for display building and events
- • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, excellent driving record, and willingness to drive long distances as needed
- • Motor Vehicle Record must meet company driving policy standards
- • Occasional off‑hours or weekend work as required
- • Must be authorized to work in the United States full‑time without sponsorship
