- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Kustomer’s West region, you will drive revenue growth by closing large enterprise deals and expanding the company’s market presence through strategic sales initiatives.
- • You will partner with BDRs, Partner Managers, and marketing teams to build and nurture a book of business, manage the full sales lifecycle, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- • You will represent Kustomer as an industry thought leader by delivering product demonstrations, articulating the value proposition, and participating in webinars and virtual industry events.
- • You will collaborate with the customer experience team to ensure seamless onboarding and maintain strong post-sale relationships, while staying informed about competitive dynamics to effectively position Kustomer’s AI-native CRM platform.
- • You will operate remotely across Pacific and Mountain Time Zones, contributing to a growing, mission-driven team focused on transforming customer service through intelligent automation and connected data.
- • You will help scale Kustomer’s next chapter of growth by leveraging your enterprise sales expertise to accelerate product adoption and expand the customer base among leading brands.
- • You will work within a remote-first culture that values collaboration, continuous learning, and impact, supported by recent $30M Series B funding and backing from top-tier VCs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding $1M+ annual sales targets
- • Proven success selling to enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- • Experience selling SaaS CRM solutions and/or AI-powered features, with an AI-forward mindset and familiarity using AI tools to enhance sales processes
- • Prior experience working at early-stage growth startups, demonstrating adaptability and initiative in fast-moving environments
- • Availability to work regularly in Pacific and/or Mountain Time Zones, with current residence required in CA, CO, TX, UT, WA, or WI
