- • As a Practice Experience Associate (Inside Sales) at Alcon Inc., you will play a key role in supporting the Vision Care Sales team by selling products and services primarily through phone and email to achieve sales quotas from a remote home office.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on developing long-term customer relationships, assessing customer needs, presenting product features and benefits, managing contract renewals, negotiating pricing and volume discounts, and driving customer retention through assigned accounts and qualified leads.

- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (high school +8 years, Associate’s +4 years, or Master’s)
- • Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- • Willingness to relocate as required
