Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the technical win: serve as the primary technical authority throughout the entire sales cycle for nCino Integration Gateway, partnering hand-in-hand with Account Executives to craft and close seven-figure deals with banks ranging from $30M to $2T in assets.
- • Conduct deep-dive discovery workshops with CIOs, enterprise architects, and line-of-business leaders to uncover integration pain points across core banking, LOS, CRM, and ancillary fintech stacks; translate findings into crisp business cases and technical blueprints that map to measurable ROI.
- • Design end-to-end integration architectures that connect nCino Bank Operating System to FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Temenos, Salesforce, and dozens of third-party services; ensure every design meets stringent banking security, compliance, and scalability standards.
- • Build and deliver jaw-dropping product demonstrations and custom Proofs of Concept that showcase real-time data transformation, orchestration, and pre-built connectors; run live sessions for both technical architects and non-technical executives, turning skeptics into champions.
- • Author and present technical responses to RFIs/RFPs—often 100+ pages—leveraging past wins, reference architectures, and quantified benefits to outscore incumbent vendors and boutique integrators.
- • Lead white-board sessions and multi-day enablement workshops for sales engineers, partners, and customer integration teams; create reusable assets (architecture diagrams, code snippets, security checklists) that accelerate future implementations.
- • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging integration patterns, AI-driven development tools, and open-banking APIs; experiment in sandbox environments and feed insights back to product management to influence the roadmap.
- • Travel up to 40–50% to customer sites, conferences, and sales QBRs; when on the road, deliver executive briefings, run architecture workshops, and capture voice-of-customer feedback that shapes future releases.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion inside and outside nCino; mentor junior presales talent and actively recruit from under-represented groups to strengthen our culture of belonging.
- • Measure success through technical win rate, average deal size, customer NPS, and time-to-close; iterate tactics monthly with sales leadership to exceed quarterly and annual targets.
