- • As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales for India at New Relic, you will lead the India Enterprise Sales team, driving large-scale market expansion and strategic growth within India’s most dynamic organizations.
- • You will design and execute sales strategies for high-value new logo acquisition and expansion within existing elite customer accounts, while recruiting, mentoring, and coaching a team of Enterprise Account Executives to foster high performance and accountability.
- • You will serve as the strategic lead for Enterprise business in India, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, value-driven buyer journey and executive-level engagement with C-suite stakeholders.
- • You will own the 'Land-to-Lighthouse' blueprint, drive consumption excellence through Data Ingest and User Growth metrics, build C-to-C relationships with CTOs and CFOs, and maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene with 95% forecast accuracy for global leadership.
- • You will partner with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and the Innovation Center to ensure technical value is realized before expansion conversations, positioning New Relic as a strategic partner in India’s AI-first digital surge.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven Leadership: At least 5 years of experience leading sales teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top-tier sales talent in India.
- • National Profile: Proven experience managing a pan-India portfolio, with deep understanding of business nuances in Delhi-NCR (Enterprise/PSU), Mumbai (BFSI), and Bengaluru (Digital Native) markets.
- • Technical Curiosity & Business Alignment: Deep interest in Observability, AI, and Cloud Infrastructure, with the ability to align technical solution aspects with business value discussions.
- • Expansion DNA: Demonstrated ability to identify and capture the 'next $500k' within satisfied $100k accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- • Consumption Model Expertise: Direct experience with usage-based or consumption-based billing models, skilled at driving value that leads to higher consumption and revenue expansion.
