  • • The Sr Partner Business Manager is a high-impact, relationship-driven indirect sales role dedicated to accelerating Globalization Partners’ market expansion through its premier alliance with partners. As a vital bridge between G-P and its partners, you will drive revenue by integrating G-P’s market-leading Employer of Record (EOR) offering into partners’ sales motions, positioning G-P as the indispensable global extension of their service offering.
  • • Day to day, you will build and leverage a robust partner network to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow; serve as a subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support in your assigned region; nurture relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals; deliver high-energy training (in-person and virtual) to partner sales teams on the G-P value proposition and client pain points; and bridge partner-referred leads to G-P sales teams with transparent tracking and facilitation of reciprocal opportunities.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global employment solutions, channel sales strategy, and partner ecosystem management; strengthen your ability to influence without direct authority; gain exposure to senior leadership across partner organizations; and contribute directly to G-P’s mission of making global hiring simple, fast, and compliant—helping reshape the future of work while advancing your career in a high-growth, purpose-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-8 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment
  • • Ability to identify and build relationships across organizations, advancing from relationship to tangible execution that drives desired outcomes
  • • Experience working with, or selling into, the HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries
  • • Skills, energy, and persistence to drive execution in a role where you facilitate outcomes through others rather than owning direct execution
  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field (preferred)
  • • Direct experience with GTM strategies involving HR tech or service offerings (preferred)
