- • As the first Sales Enablement - Expansion hire at ElevenLabs, you will build the foundation for how the company enables its global Customer Success and Account Executive teams to drive adoption, expansion, and retention in a 0-to-1 builder role.
- • You will design and own the global CS and expansion enablement strategy, create onboarding journeys, build playbooks for adoption and expansion, develop technical fluency programs, and deliver live and asynchronous training across time zones while using ElevenLabs’ own AI tools to enhance learning experiences.
- • You will join a high-velocity, AI-first, globally distributed team at ElevenLabs — an AI research and product company valued at $11B with backing from top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia, known for its human-like voice models and expanding platform across Agents, Creative, and API.
- • In this role, you will shape a critical function that directly impacts net revenue retention and customer outcomes, gain deep exposure to GTM strategy in a high-growth AI environment, and develop expertise in scaling enablement functions while working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership.
