- • Strategic Account Executive - School role focused on driving Lexia solution adoption and impact in K–12 districts across California and Nevada, supporting literacy outcomes through school-level engagement and implementation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with principals, instructional coaches, and teachers; supporting school-level planning and rollout of Lexia solutions; identifying expansion opportunities; collaborating with Customer Success and Professional Learning teams; and representing Lexia at school events and professional development sessions.
- • The role operates within Cambium Learning Group’s Remote First culture, requiring residence in CA or NV, with frequent travel to schools and virtual engagement to ensure solution fidelity and educator buy-in.
- • The position offers opportunity to deepen expertise in educational sales, literacy implementation, and district-level strategy while contributing to measurable improvements in student literacy outcomes through trusted partnerships with school leaders.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years successful experience in education sales, school leadership, or instructional coaching
- • Proven ability to build relationships with principals, coaches, and teachers
- • Experience with technology-based curriculum products; literacy/reading background highly preferred
- • Understanding of the Science of Reading and literacy best practices
- • Familiarity with school budgets, purchasing processes, and funding models (Title I, state funds, ESSER, etc.)
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially with school-based educators
- • Skilled in Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools
- • Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight
