- • As a Business Development Representative at Squads Labs, Inc., you will be the driving force behind Altitude’s growth by identifying and engaging high-potential businesses in the stablecoin and crypto ecosystem, directly contributing to the company’s mission of rebuilding financial infrastructure on blockchain rails.
- • Your role is critical in scaling Altitude’s customer base by building an AI-native outbound engine that moves beyond traditional sales tactics to engage prospects with precision timing and personalized outreach across emerging and established channels.
- • You will spend your days executing high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns using email, Telegram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, cold calls, and DMs, leveraging AI tools to craft and test messaging sequences that generate real responses, not just impressions.
- • You will partner closely with the GTM Engineering team to refine and optimize outreach systems using platforms like Apollo and Attio, continuously experimenting with cadences, channels, and personalization tactics to improve conversion rates.
- • Through deep research, you will identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within the stablecoin landscape, monitor real-time signals such as funding rounds, product launches, and hiring trends to time outreach for maximum relevance and impact.
- • You will maintain a rigorous schedule of qualification calls, engaging both inbound and outbound leads to uncover genuine pain points in treasury management, cross-border payments, and yield generation, then hand off fully context-rich opportunities to Account Executives.
- • Occasionally, you will represent Altitude at crypto conferences and industry events, supporting the sales team in person to strengthen relationships and generate pipeline through face-to-face engagement.
- • You will operate with high autonomy and initiative, proactively identifying gaps in the outbound process and filling them without waiting for direction, embodying a builder’s mindset in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- • Over time, you will develop advanced skills in AI-assisted sales, signal-based targeting, and modern outbound strategy, positioning yourself for rapid advancement into an Account Executive role as you help define the future of B2B sales in web3 finance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of professional experience in outbound sales, business development, or a high-activity, hustle-driven role with proven ability to generate responses from cold outreach
- • Deep familiarity and conviction in the stablecoin and onchain finance space; ability to credibly discuss stablecoins, blockchain-based treasury operations, and the evolving crypto business ecosystem
- • Exceptional written communication skills, with the capacity to produce hundreds of high-quality, personalized messages per week across multiple channels
- • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms (such as Apollo), and AI-powered workflows for research, messaging automation, and campaign optimization
- • Based in the United States and willing to travel occasionally for key industry conferences and networking events
