  • • Own end-to-end logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff (SKO), including venue sourcing, contracting, speaker coordination, attendee registration, materials production, visa support, and on-site execution
  • • Manage the SKO budget, track expenses, coordinate vendor contracts, and align approval workflows with Finance and Leadership teams
  • • Plan and execute quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events from initial scoping through post-event wrap-up, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases
  • • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Sales Enablement and cross-functional teams including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, People Ops, and Finance
  • • Proactively identify dependencies and potential blockers across workstreams, escalating risks to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
  • • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user accounts, enrollment processes, certification tracking, and generation of completion reports
  • • Maintain and update the Knowledge Management System (Confluence), ensuring landing pages are current, outdated content is archived, and brand guidelines are consistently applied across all materials
  • • Design, distribute, and analyze post-event and post-program surveys to gather feedback and surface actionable insights for the Sales Enablement team
  • • Produce detailed participation, completion, and engagement reports across all enablement programs using tracked data from LMS, surveys, and event systems
  • • Maintain data hygiene across all operational tracking systems, identifying and resolving gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies proactively
  • • Document and standardize operational workflows for Sales Enablement processes to ensure repeatability, scalability, and reliability across global teams
  • • Coordinate internal approvals, purchase orders, and invoicing related to event logistics, vendor payments, and enablement program expenditures
  • • Ensure all event and training materials comply with company branding and compliance standards before distribution
  • • Support global teams by managing logistical complexities for international participants, including travel, visa documentation, and time-zone coordination
  • • Work independently with high ownership, following through on commitments and removing blockers without escalation unless necessary
  • • Maintain composure and operational quality under high-volume deadlines, multiple concurrent priorities, and evolving organizational needs
  • • Adapt communication style effectively when engaging with senior stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional partners across regions
  • • Continuously improve processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance team productivity and program effectiveness
  • • Leverage existing tools and technologies to streamline reporting, data collection, content management, and operational workflows

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in project management, operational enablement, event coordination, training administration, or a similar operational role
  • • Hands-on experience coordinating internal or external events, ideally large-scale programs with 100+ participants
  • • Strong project management and operational execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, milestones, and details simultaneously
  • • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a structured approach to timelines, priorities, resources, and follow-ups
  • • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style when working with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners
  • • High attention to detail and the ability to think practically through logistics, risks, dependencies, and possible second-order consequences
