- • As the Partnerships Lead at Oscilar Inc., you will own and scale the company’s external partner ecosystem to drive partner-sourced revenue growth, playing a critical role in expanding Oscilar’s market reach through strategic alliances with resellers and advisory firms in the AI-powered risk decisioning space.
- • You will serve as the primary owner of senior, executive-level relationships with top-priority partners, defining and executing engagement models and joint business plans that align with Oscilar’s go-to-market strategy and generate consistent, compounding pipeline across enterprise accounts.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning partner relationships, defining engagement models, running QBRs and executive syncs, influencing deal strategy in partner-led evaluations and RFPs, identifying and onboarding new reseller and advisory partners, tracking partner health metrics (certification rates, active deal counts, pipeline velocity, partner-sourced ARR), leveraging VC relationships for portfolio introductions, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Deal Desk on enablement and commercial structures.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS partnership ecosystems, particularly within regulated industries like fintech and banking, while honing your ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, manage channel dynamics, and build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders across global organizations.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by growing partner-sourced ARR, expanding Oscilar’s footprint in advisory and professional services networks, and establishing the platform as the go-to choice for risk modernization initiatives led by top-tier consultants and system integrators.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or ecosystem GTM roles within B2B SaaS environments.
- • Proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue across reseller, channel, or advisory partnership models.
- • Strong understanding of partner economics, co-sell dynamics, and channel conflict management, with demonstrated ability to build and manage senior relationships across diverse partner types.
- • Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage ambiguity, and hold scope boundaries while operating with minimal supervision.
- • Clear, confident communication skills for engaging internally and externally at the executive level, including presenting to C-suite stakeholders and influencing deal strategy.
