You will spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge analytics solutions, focusing on strategy, visualization, engineering, and client enablement. This role is pivotal in translating complex business challenges into actionable insights through the strategic application of modern data tools and platforms.
• • You will engage directly with clients, employing a consultative approach to deeply understand their unique requirements. This involves meticulous requirement gathering through interactive prototyping and visualization, iteratively refining these needs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure optimal alignment with business objectives.
• • Your core responsibility will be the successful execution of consulting engagements, consistently delivering projects that meet and exceed high-quality standards. This includes managing client expectations proactively through regular weekly status updates and dedicated feedback sessions, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
• • You will architect and implement scalable, durable analytics solutions, leveraging a robust toolkit that includes industry-leading technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, AWS, and Azure. Your expertise will be crucial in designing solutions that are not only effective today but also adaptable for future growth.
• • A key aspect of this role involves driving client success and fostering long-term partnerships. You will actively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion by collaborating closely with the sales team, contributing to the overall business development strategy.

• • You will contribute to phData's thought leadership and market presence by collaborating with the marketing team to identify opportunities for consultants to contribute to blog posts and webinars, showcasing their expertise and the company's capabilities.
• • Effective time management and project planning are essential. You will provide clear and accurate project timelines to the Analytics Project Manager, sales team, and leadership, ensuring transparency and efficient resource allocation.
• • You will be instrumental in driving organic growth within client accounts, nurturing relationships to secure project extensions and identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
