  • As a Lead Analytics Manager at Launch Potato, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and margin growth across the company's diverse digital properties. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence and strategic insights, directly impacting the success of brands like FinanceBuzz, All About Cookies, and OnlyInYourState. You will be the go-to expert for understanding performance, identifying opportunities, and guiding strategic decisions through robust data analysis and clear communication.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a deep dive into data, ensuring its integrity and accessibility. You will be tasked with cleaning, standardizing, and meticulously documenting stakeholder-facing dashboards within Looker, establishing clear definitions and metrics within your first 60 days. A critical part of your role will be to proactively identify and resolve at least five inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic within the first 90 days, ensuring the reliability of the data used for decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the FP&A and product teams to achieve 100% alignment between financial and operational data by the end of your second quarter, creating a unified view of business performance. Furthermore, you will be expected to deliver ad hoc strategic analyses, providing clear financial or strategic recommendations, with an average of one such analysis per month. To foster self-service capabilities and scalability, you will lead and document improvements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard structures by the end of the first half of the year.
