- • As a Lead Applied Value Engineer at Celonis, you will drive mission-critical value realization for strategic healthcare and lifesciences customers by translating business objectives into AI-powered Process Intelligence solutions that unlock measurable ROI and long-term partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will engage with C-level stakeholders to understand AI strategy and business challenges, build demos and business cases using Celonis’ Process Intelligence Platform, run value workshops, identify process improvement opportunities, and scale adoption across enterprise accounts through end-to-end value journey management.
- • You will join a global leader in Process Intelligence headquartered in Munich and New York, with over 20 offices worldwide, pioneering AI-driven business transformation through the Process Intelligence Graph and deep partnerships with Microsoft and OpenAI.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-enabled process optimization, executive stakeholder management, and enterprise SaaS value realization while shaping the future of industrial AI adoption at scale for Fortune 500 healthcare and lifesciences organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 9+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, preferably in customer-facing roles such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a SaaS provider or consultancy
- • Strong knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle), experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboard/app development, and action flows; hands-on SQL and Python experience preferred; familiarity with Process Mining tools is a plus
- • Proven ability to identify business use cases for process improvement, deploy improvement measures, train users, and act as a change agent; domain knowledge in supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, or manufacturing is advantageous
- • Experience in project management, including planning scopes, managing timelines, and coordinating across multiple projects and partners within the Celonis Ecosystem
- • Executive stakeholder management expertise: preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external senior leaders; excellent English communication and presentation skills
