- • As a Lead Automotive Design Consultant at Gravity Sketch Limited, you will drive the adoption and strategic impact of the company’s 3D design platform across key automotive and industrial design customers, shaping how design and engineering teams collaborate in immersive VR environments.
- • You will lead complex onboarding programs, advanced workshops, and cross-functional training sessions; develop and share best practices and scalable workflows; partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align on account strategy and provide feedback based on real customer use cases; and own end-to-end customer engagements including demos, pilots, project support, and training content creation for diverse audiences.
- • You will be part of an established team at Gravity Sketch, a company revolutionizing 3D design by making it accessible, intuitive, and collaborative, with a mission to unlock clear communication between design and engineering through immersive, real-time 3D tools used across industries from automotive to footwear.
- • In this role, you will define and track success metrics to measure adoption, workflow transformation, and ROI; communicate impact internally and externally; allocate resources based on customer journey stages; and continuously advance your expertise in VR, AI, and 3D design while influencing the broader consulting team to raise the bar for delivery excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Based in East Coast USA, willing to travel quarterly at manager's discretion for onsite delivery
- • 5+ years of experience working with software in automotive design, including Adobe Suite, Gravity Sketch, and other 3D/AI/CAD programs such as Rhino, Alias, Catia, Modo, KeyShot, Blender, or Vizcom
- • Advanced knowledge of using Gravity Sketch in the automotive design process, with strong understanding of automotive design workflows (concept → Class-A surfacing → visualization)
- • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple high-impact projects, and operate autonomously with minimal supervision
- • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with ability to adjust style for diverse audiences and build relationships across design, engineering, and leadership teams
- • Passion for VR, design, and understanding how products are made; curious, self-directed mindset with grit, positivity, and a team-oriented attitude
