You will be responsible for delivering standout creative assets across various touchpoints, including product launches, marketing campaigns, website design, and significant product milestones. This requires a deep understanding of audience segmentation and the ability to tailor creative output to maximize impact.

- • Beyond executing specific projects, you will play a crucial role in elevating the creative standard across the entire organization. This involves establishing robust creative guidelines, influencing the company's aesthetic sensibilities, and fostering a culture where consistently bold, coherent, and world-class creative output is the norm. You will act as a guardian of the brand's visual integrity and creative excellence.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of shaping or evolving a strong brand identity, ideally within an in-house setting. This experience should demonstrate a significant influence on how a company is perceived. A practical, proactive approach to integrating AI-driven tools into creative workflows, with tangible results in accelerating concepting, design, storytelling, or production, is essential. Your portfolio must showcase exceptional creative craft, featuring bold, memorable work across brand identity, campaigns, and digital experiences that highlight originality and a distinct creative point of view.
- • A deep understanding of target audiences and the ability to craft work that resonates with specific demographics and cohorts is critical. This includes demonstrating how your work has meaningfully improved core brand metrics, such as share of voice, through the correct channel mix. Experience in fast-moving environments, such as startups or high-growth teams, is highly valued, where you have successfully shipped work rapidly while maintaining a high standard of quality. This involves being hands-on, actively participating in brief co-creation, challenging the status quo, and embracing calculated risks.
- • A first-principles thinking approach is highly desirable, enabling you to question assumptions, reframe briefs, and invent novel solutions rather than relying on conventional industry playbooks. Furthermore, experience with Framer for designing and shipping high-quality web experiences, ideally with AI-accelerated development, would be a significant advantage. The ability to integrate creative work into analytics and tracking systems, such as Google Analytics or equivalent, is also a valuable asset, allowing for data-driven optimization and performance measurement.
