• • Lead Brand & Creative Designer role at tem, a company rebuilding the energy transaction with AI-native infrastructure to make electricity markets transparent, fair, and efficient.
• • The person will define and evolve tem’s motion language, deliver end-to-end motion design across campaigns, social, web, product, and events, translate complex energy concepts into emotionally resonant narratives, maintain high craft standards, integrate AI tools into workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Growth, and Content teams.
• • tem is a fast-growing scale-up that recently closed a $75M Series B led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, scaling globally to rearchitect energy market infrastructure using AI-driven solutions, with its RED product already facilitating thousands of business customers and billions in transaction value.
