- • Lead the development of reporting and analytics tools in Tableau to support business partners and drive organizational alignment around reporting strategy, acting as the business owner of Tableau to ensure a seamless user experience for creators and end users.
- • Serve as the key data partner for business teams and senior leadership, providing strategic insights that enable proactive performance management and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- • Develop and maintain a suite of Tableau dashboards and toolkits that standardize success management strategies, including defining shared KPIs and creating enablement plans for dashboard usage.
- • Translate business data requirements into technical specifications for the Analytics Engineering team to support Enterprise Data Warehouse development and data ingestion pipelines.
- • Curate and redesign Tableau site structure, navigation, documentation, and training content while leveraging Tableau AI tools to enhance creator and viewer experiences.
- • Partner with Analytics Engineering to manage data ingestion, scheduling, monitoring, alerting, and Tableau Bridge configuration for reliable and timely data availability.
- • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- • Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Tableau and Business Intelligence, providing technical support, mentorship, and guidance to analysts, content creators, and end users.
- • Lead by example in stakeholder communication, project management, and solution design, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Contribute to company performance and growth by reshaping how data is leveraged to improve and expedite business decision-making in the education sector.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics) and 10+ years of experience in an analytics development role.
- • Advanced skill level in data engineering, including SQL, Tableau Prep, and custom formulas.
- • Experienced skill level in data visualization and dashboard development, with Tableau preferred.
- • Proven quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, pricing strategy, and forecasting.
- • Excellent experience working with diverse data sources such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Gainsight, Workday, or similar systems.
- • Excellent communication, data storytelling, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
