- • Lead the regional IT subject matter expert for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in LATAM, focusing on Supply Chain modules, translating business needs into feasible solutions while ensuring compliance and performance.
- • Manage demand intake, solution design, and delivery governance for outsourced development and Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations, driving continuous service improvement and SLA adherence.
- • Part of Assurant’s Global Technology organization, working in a matrix environment aligned with technology products and service owners, supporting a Fortune 500 leader in connected life protection across 21 countries.
- • Develop expertise in Oracle EBS configuration vs. customization, vendor management, ITIL frameworks, and regulatory compliance while leading cross-functional initiatives in a multinational, insurance-focused enterprise.
🎯 Requirements
- • Oracle EBS (R12.x) hands-on functional expertise in Supply Chain (Inventory, WMS/MSCA, Purchasing/iProc, Order Management, BOM/WIP) with proven ability to decide configuration vs. customization and guide delivery.
- • Demonstrated leadership managing outsourced development teams (near/offshore) and MSPs, including SLA governance, service credits, and Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) programs.
- • Solid understanding of production control processes for EBS (concurrent jobs, incident workflows, ServiceNow integration).
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional testing and releases for EBS upgrades or large deployments.
- • Strong stakeholder management across business (SCM/Operations/Finance) and IT towers.
- • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
