- • Lead Copywriter, Brand & Product at Jerry Technologies Inc. is a senior individual contributor role responsible for defining and owning the brand voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints to transform transactional communications into emotionally resonant, trust-building experiences.
- • Day to day, the person will overhaul existing customer communications including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy; collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams; craft campaigns such as a $150K car giveaway on DriveShield; shape positioning for new products like GarageGuard; manage organic GTM launches and social media presence (e.g., Reddit); and personally write email campaigns, in-app tooltips, and engage with drivers on Reddit.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, growth-stage B2C startup that has scaled to 5M customers, raised over $240M in funding, and achieved 70X revenue growth since launching its AI-powered super app in 2019, aiming to simplify car ownership in a $2T U.S. market.
- • The person can learn and achieve by building a brand playbook from scratch in partnership with the CEO, developing expertise in community-driven marketing on platforms like Reddit, driving long-tail conversion through empathetic messaging, and establishing Jerry as a trusted, enduring brand in a traditionally dry industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in copywriting, audience development, or product marketing with a heavy focus on brand voice, activation, and retention
- • Experience operating within a B2C growth-stage startup
- • Proven track record of native channel success (e.g. Reddit or another dominant social platform)
- • Bachelor's Degree
