- • Lead creative production for BeReal, aligning all creative assets with product strategy and user acquisition goals to drive global growth
- • Manage and mentor a squad of 2–3 creative operators, including recruitment, coaching, and improving team talent density
- • Define, track, and exceed KPIs for creative performance across all user acquisition channels
- • Discover, test, and implement new creative concepts and formats that resonate with BeReal’s authentic social media ethos
- • Share best practices, insights, and creative benchmarks with other Voodoo creative teams to elevate company-wide standards
- • Analyze team performance data to identify inefficiencies, implement action plans, and optimize output quality and velocity
- • Lead key cross-functional projects to pilot new creative tools, workflows, or platforms that enhance production scalability
- • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure creative output directly supports retention and acquisition objectives
- • Ensure all creative content reflects BeReal’s brand identity of authenticity, spontaneity, and real-life connection
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile app advertising trends, creative platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Meta), and user behavior insights
- • Present creative performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular basis
- • Foster a culture of candor, autonomy, and accountability within the creative team
- • Oversee end-to-end creative asset production for global markets, including localization and cultural adaptation where needed
- • Balance speed and scale with creative quality, ensuring high-volume output remains on-brand and emotionally resonant
- • Act as the primary creative stakeholder for BeReal’s advertising ecosystem across paid media channels
- • Champion innovation by experimenting with emerging ad formats, interactive creatives, and AI-assisted production methods
- • Serve as the bridge between creative operations and data-driven performance marketing to maximize ROI on ad spend
- • Participate in weekly performance reviews and quarterly strategic planning sessions to align creative roadmap with business objectives
- • Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies and data privacy regulations across all creative deployments
- • Represent BeReal’s creative vision internally and externally, influencing brand perception through consistent, high-impact messaging
- • Drive continuous improvement in creative asset libraries, templates, and production pipelines to reduce time-to-market
- • Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers as needed to supplement internal capacity during peak cycles
