- • Lead the creative strategy and scaling of AlphaNovel’s Meta channel, transforming Storyby’s content library into a viral campaign machine by identifying high-performing titles, building hypothesis-testing frameworks, and preparing for exponential budget growth across global markets.
- • Own the full lifecycle of the Meta channel for AlphaNovel — from creative strategy to operational model — with full autonomy to make decisions that directly impact business scaling and user acquisition performance.
- • Build and mentor a high-performing creative team, shaping hiring, processes, and culture to drive consistent success rates and scalable execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Google.
- • Expand AlphaNovel’s creative approach into new geographies, adapting strategies to local audiences while maintaining brand consistency and performance benchmarks.
- • Work at the forefront of creative innovation, continuously testing new storylines, genres, and emotional hooks as content updates weekly, ensuring campaigns stay fresh and resonant.
- • Directly influence the strategic growth of a top-3 recognized product in its niche, leveraging your expertise to elevate AlphaNovel’s visibility and performance in Meta’s ecosystem.
- • Operate within Skelar AS’s venture-builder ecosystem, where you’ll have access to the Skelar Platform’s core functions (Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, etc.) and a network of seasoned founders and specialists.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience in Performance Marketing on Meta, with proven ability to build systems that consistently generate CPA, CTR, and Success Rate metrics
- • Experience scaling a creative channel from testing to significant budgets, understanding breakdown points at each growth stage
- • Strategic thinking: ability to see systems behind chaotic actions, formulate long-term vision, and communicate it to teams and stakeholders
- • Leadership potential: readiness to build a team, even without prior direct reports, understanding how to establish processes, delegate, and develop people
- • Autonomy and ownership: proactive decision-making and full accountability for your domain
- • English proficiency at B2+ level for working with English-language content and international audiences
- • Adaptability: ability to maintain focus while strategy evolves rapidly in a high-growth environment
