  • • As the Lead Creative Strategist for BJAK in the United Kingdom, you will be the pivotal force shaping the brand's voice, vision, and creative output. This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead the creative direction for a rapidly growing regional brand, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful campaigns and build a strong market presence.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to architect and develop comprehensive campaign and brand plans. This includes defining the core brand voice, crafting compelling messaging frameworks, establishing a distinct visual and stylistic identity, and designing a robust content architecture that underpins all creative endeavors.
  • • You will immerse yourself in the UK market, conducting in-depth creative discovery. This involves rigorous research into current UK market campaigns, emerging social trends, and nuanced user behavior to pinpoint the most effective and resonant messaging angles that will capture audience attention and drive engagement.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to translate these strategic insights into innovative and actionable campaign concepts. You will be responsible for developing blueprints that guide the creation of high-impact digital content, ensuring that every piece of creative work is strategically sound and aligned with overarching brand objectives.
  • • Beyond conceptualization, you will take ownership of the end-to-end execution of these concepts. This involves translating creative ideas into tangible, executable digital assets. You will manage and optimize production workflows, with a particular focus on high-volume video advertisements, concise short-form scripts, and performance-driven content designed to achieve specific acquisition goals.
  • • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with internal teams, including performance marketing, product, and analytics, to dissect campaign performance data. This includes a deep dive into metrics such as Click-Through Rates (CTR), conversion rates, and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), using these insights to critically evaluate creative effectiveness and iterate on assets for continuous improvement and optimal acquisition efficiency.
  • • You will be the guardian of BJAK's new UK brand voice, ensuring that all content produced not only adheres to this established identity but also consistently pushes creative boundaries. Your role is to balance brand consistency with innovative, attention-grabbing creative that stands out in a competitive landscape.
