📋 Description
- • Lead the creative vision and brand strategy for BJAK’s new UK market, shaping the voice, messaging, and visual identity to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
- • Develop and execute high-impact campaign plans, translating market insights into performance-driven digital content including video ads, short-form scripts, and mobile-first assets.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate creative concepts for optimal acquisition efficiency and brand alignment.
- • Own end-to-end creative production workflows from concept to delivery, ensuring high-volume output meets quality, speed, and strategic goals.
- • Contribute to a lean, high-performance team in a flat organization where ownership, speed, and execution are valued over hierarchy.
- • Grow as a strategic creative leader by influencing brand direction, working directly with leadership, and scaling impact in a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or campaign strategy within high-growth B2C brands or agencies.
- • Proven ability to develop and execute data-informed creative concepts using metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS to optimize performance.
- • Expertise in digital content production workflows, including scripting, storyboarding, video editing, and delivery of optimized assets.
- • Proficiency with industry-standard design and video production/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional creative workflows.
- • Compelling portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking translated into high-performing, mobile-first digital video and ad content.
