- • Lead the creative vision and strategy for BJAK’s new UK brand, shaping brand voice, messaging, and content architecture to drive regional growth and market impact.
- • Develop and execute campaign plans from concept to delivery, including creative discovery, strategic ideation, and production of high-volume video ads, short-form scripts, and performance-driven digital content.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS) and iterate creative assets for optimal acquisition efficiency and brand alignment.
- • Own end-to-end creative workflows — from research and scripting to storyboarding, editing, and delivery — ensuring all output is mobile-first, data-informed, and on-brand.
- • Thrive in a lean, high-output, flat-organization culture where ownership, speed, and execution are valued over hierarchy.
- • Collaborate directly with leadership to define and evolve the UK brand strategy while contributing to BJAK’s mission of building superior, socially impactful application platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in creative strategy, performance creative, digital content, or campaign strategy within high-growth B2C brands or agencies.
- • A compelling portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate strategic insights into high-performing digital video and mobile-first content.
- • Expertise in digital content production workflows, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and delivering optimized assets for performance.
- • Proficiency with design tools and video production/editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- • Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex cross-functional workflows.
- • Proven ability to use campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to critique, iterate, and scale creative concepts.
