- • Lead, Customer Marketing & Storytelling at Pluralsight, Inc. is a strategic role focused on building and scaling the customer narrative engine to power the company’s next phase of growth by turning customer success into compelling stories, reviews, and engagements that strengthen market position and accelerate revenue.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning customer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, PR, and Digital teams to identify customer champions, developing scalable pipelines of customer advocates, conducting interviews with executives to craft authentic stories, managing end-to-end content workflows for case studies, videos, and testimonials, and activating stories across website, campaigns, social media, sales enablement, events, and media opportunities.
- • The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales within Pluralsight, a mission-driven company providing a leading learning platform for technology skill development in areas like AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and machine learning, serving thousands of companies and individuals worldwide.
