- • **Own the Flow of Insight:** Take ownership of the entire analytics lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and alignment with business stakeholders to the final delivery of data stories. Ensure that all analytical outputs are strategically aligned and directly contribute to informing business strategy.
- • **Surface Trends and Tell the Story:** Proactively identify significant patterns, anomalies, and critical shifts within customer data. Conduct in-depth investigations into these findings to understand root causes and implications, and effectively communicate these insights to relevant stakeholders.
- • **Be the Analytics Voice:** Represent the Product Analytics team in crucial client and partner discussions. Your role will involve actively listening to feedback, translating it into actionable analytical tasks, and presenting data-driven insights that address client needs and opportunities.
- • **Deliver Clarity Through Data:** Collaborate closely with other data analysts to design, build, and maintain robust dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs). These tools will be essential for answering high-priority business questions and providing clear visibility into customer behavior and business performance.
- • **Lead Proactive Discovery:** Undertake exploratory data analysis to uncover emerging trends in customer behavior, evaluate the performance of pilot programs, and identify new market opportunities. These insights will directly inform product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- • **Champion Customer-Facing Insights:** Support the development and enhancement of customer-facing initiatives, such as engagement portals and reporting tools. Your expertise in translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives will be crucial for ensuring these tools provide maximum value to our users.
