- • RE Partners is a rapidly expanding business and technology consulting firm, co-founded in 2019, dedicated to providing custom-tailored, white-glove engineering services. We believe that true digital transformation extends beyond mere technology implementation, requiring a holistic and strategic approach. Our proven track record includes being a preferred vendor for Fortune 500 companies and a trusted partner to industry leaders, where our global talent has consistently helped clients achieve their ambitious goals. Our core philosophy is encapsulated in the '3 Gs of RE': Get Shit Done, Get Over Shit, and Give a Shit, reflecting our commitment to execution, resilience, and genuine care.
- • As a Lead Data Engineer at RE Partners, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our clients' cutting-edge data infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on building robust and scalable Spark data ETL pipelines on the AWS data platform. This involves not only the technical execution but also close collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams. You will work hand-in-hand with data scientists, fraud detection specialists, marketing teams, and various business stakeholders to deeply understand their unique data requirements and translate those needs into reliable, high-performance data solutions.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to optimizing and maintaining our data infrastructure, employing modern data platform architectures to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability. A critical aspect of this role is upholding the highest standards of data quality and integrity, ensuring that the data our clients rely on is accurate, consistent, and trustworthy. You will be instrumental in driving innovation within our data engineering practices, staying abreast of and implementing industry best practices to continuously enhance our capabilities.
- • Operational excellence of the data platform is paramount. This includes establishing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring systems, developing effective incident response protocols, proactively optimizing performance, and championing a culture of continuous improvement. You will be a key contributor to the overall health and effectiveness of the data ecosystem, ensuring it meets the evolving demands of our clients.

You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, leverage advanced technologies, and make a significant impact on the success of our clients' digital transformation journeys. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives. Your ability to understand complex business problems and architect data solutions that address them will be crucial. Furthermore, you will contribute to mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise across the team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, driven by a desire to solve complex problems, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
