  • • As a Lead Data Scientist at Humana, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making within our Enterprise Marketing organization. This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about leveraging advanced analytics to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement across diverse business lines. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of marketing analytics, contributing directly to Humana's mission of helping people achieve lifelong well-being by putting health first.
  • • You will serve as a strategic partner to our Onboarding, Loyalty, or Retention marketing teams, identifying key opportunities and translating complex data into actionable insights. Your expertise will guide the development and execution of data science solutions that directly impact membership growth and customer lifetime value.
  • • A core responsibility will be the strategic design and rigorous analysis of marketing experiments. This includes defining appropriate test methodologies (A/B, multivariate), ensuring statistically sound sample sizes, and meticulously measuring results to drive continuous improvement. You will champion a culture of experimentation, advocating for data-backed iteration across all marketing initiatives.
  • • You will conduct comprehensive post-campaign analyses, evaluating performance across digital and non-digital channels. This involves analyzing media effectiveness, understanding consumer and audience trends, profiling customer segments, and examining omni-channel interactions to uncover optimal customer pathways.
  • • Your role will extend to defining and executing the marketing analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities for advanced analytical techniques such as predictive modeling for targeting, sophisticated segmentation solutions, and cross-sell propensity models.
  • • You will collaborate closely with analytics partners to develop, validate, and deploy these advanced models, ensuring they are stable, actionable, risk-compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
