🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in leading data science projects and initiatives, with a strong track record of delivering impactful results.
• Expertise in statistical modelling, machine learning, experimental design (A/B testing), and causal inference.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from large datasets.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior data scientists or analytics engineers.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think about commercial products and how data decisions can unlock value.
• A passion for experimentation and a proactive approach to solving challenging problems.
