- • Serve as the technical lead for product recommendations, evaluations, and qualification projects at customer locations to support sales opportunities in the Liquid Micro-Contamination Control (LMC) market.
- • Assist with prototypes or derivative products in both established and new applications within semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Wet Etch Clean, Photolithography, and CMP.
- • Promote mature Entegris products in fab applications to reduce defects and improve customer yield through targeted technical solutions.
- • Provide technical mechanisms and solutions to address issues faced by fabs and chemical suppliers using appropriate Entegris products.
- • Participate in regular meetings with customers and internal teams (Account Managers, Applications, Quality Engineering, BU/PM) to share feedback, assess progress, drive solutions, and enhance communication regarding product evaluations and application challenges.
- • Engage in new business development activities, including market share analysis and implementation of strategic initiatives to expand market presence.
- • Gather and share technical lessons learned with MTS teams in other regions to identify and expand business opportunities.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal technical solutions to customer issues and serve as the voice of the customer, providing key insights to guide and participate in new product development.
- • Maintain deep understanding of customer needs and communicate directly with customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and other internal departments to align technical solutions with business goals.
- • Travel up to 25% of the time to support customer sites, technical evaluations, and internal collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years’ experience in Semiconductor Engineering
- • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Wet Etch Clean, Photolithography, and CMP-related defect reduction and yield improvement
- • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and leadership skills
- • Fluent in English, capable of effective communication through conversation, oral presentations, and written reports
- • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- • Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future
