📋 Description
- • Identify and attract potential candidates to evoila through a personalized and engaging approach, developing an active sourcing strategy using best-in-class tools and methods.
- • Build and maintain a strategic talent pool, regularly reviewing it to identify and engage potential candidates for current and future roles.
- • Support candidates throughout the entire onboarding process, ensuring each new hire feels welcomed, supported, and well-informed from day one.
- • Independently advise internal departments on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and talent development.
- • Implement and manage administrative HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, personnel file maintenance, and issuance of employment certificates.
- • Drive people development initiatives by collaborating closely with the global HR team and contributing to the implementation of international HR projects.
- • Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-growing, owner-managed tech company where employees are at the center of decision-making.
- • Work within a part-time schedule of 20–25 hours per week, with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
- • Maintain strict discretion and reliability in handling sensitive employee and company information.
- • Ensure all HR operations comply with Spanish labor law and reflect the company’s values of appreciation, individuality, and employee-centricity.
- • Utilize advanced MS Office skills to manage HR documentation, reporting, and communication efficiently.
- • Contribute to a culture of service, perseverance, and sensitivity in all employee interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Solid background in business administration (ideally with a focus on HR management)
- • Initial experience in operational HR functions
- • Very good knowledge of Spanish labor law
- • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT sector
- • Fluency in Spanish and good English skills
- • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
