- • Lead Financial Compliance Analyst responsible for leading compliance, filings, surveys, insurance, and audit requirements for New Relic’s international subsidiary entities across EMEA and APAC regions.
- • Day-to-day activities include planning and coordinating statutory reporting calendars, working with accounting, tax, and legal teams to gather and submit audit-related documentation, managing audit coordination with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing financial statement preparation, resolving accounting issues during audits, tracking tax and legal PBC submissions, handling company-wide surveys, and ensuring timely insurance policy renewals through cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting leadership roles at public companies, late-stage startups, or public accounting firms
- • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP systems, and tools such as Coupa, Workday, Concur, Workiva, Xactly, and Blackline
- • Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) is a plus
- • Experience handling audits and statutory filings across entities in EMEA and APAC regions
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- • Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, including ability to independently analyze transactions and contracts
- • Ability to work cross-functionally and balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
