- • Lead Growth Engineer at Fyxer Inc., a high-impact role driving product-led growth for an AI Email & Meeting Assistant that eliminates admin burden for client-facing professionals. You will own the infrastructure and strategy behind conversion optimization across the full user journey — from landing page to paid activation and seat expansion — directly influencing Fyxer’s explosive revenue trajectory, which has grown from $0 to $30M+ ARR in under 18 months since launching in March 2024.
- • You will design, build, and run multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and sign-up quality, own the experimentation infrastructure (testing frameworks, statistical rigour, result interpretation), and collaborate with Marketing to align product-side CRO with paid and organic acquisition funnels, all while shipping full-stack features and flows using TypeScript, React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, ShadCN, React Query, and serverless functions.
- • Fyxer is a pure-play applied AI company backed by Marc Benioff, Harry Stebbings, David Singleton, and Madrona, operating with a small, high-ownership Growth Engineering team where you’ll have end-to-end ownership without PMs, working Mon–Thu in Chancery Lane, London with Friday WFH, and contributing to growth loops in virality, referrals, seat expansion, and upgrade mechanics.
- • You will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS growth mechanics, behavioural analytics, and AI-assisted development, learning to balance quantitative rigour with qualitative insight from customer interviews and session recordings, while advancing into senior leadership roles faster due to the company’s intentional, high-intensity hiring philosophy.
- • You will contribute to Fyxer’s mission of reducing admin burden through fine-tuned open-source models, tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation — where users already send 53% of AI-generated email drafts — and help scale a product that has attracted top-tier investors in under 18 months, all while enjoying autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered professional productivity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience as a CRO, growth, or software engineer with a track record of measurably improving conversion across sign-up, onboarding, or monetisation flows
- • Proficient in TypeScript, React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, ShadCN, React Query, and serverless functions
- • Comfortable designing and interpreting multivariate tests and correlative analyses; understands the difference between statistical significance and practical significance
