đź“‹ Description
- • As the Lead GTM Engineer at BrainPOP, you will own the technical architecture and strategic direction of the company’s entire go-to-market stack, designing data flows, integration logic, and automation that connect signals to pipeline and revenue, directly impacting how BrainPOP scales its AI-first GTM engine.
- • Day to day, you will design and own integrations across Salesforce, Celigio iPaaS, Tableau, Gong, Starbridge.ai, HockeyStack, NetSuite, and other tools; build scalable Salesforce solutions including custom objects, flows, and Apex; manage the RevOps and Salesforce development roadmaps; partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data Analytics teams; leverage AI coding tools to implement automations; and own the full project lifecycle from requirements to go-live while ensuring data integrity and security.
- • BrainPOP is a trusted leader in digital learning, reaching an estimated 25 million students annually across two-thirds of U.S. school districts, and was acquired in 2022 by KIRKBI (the LEGO family’s holding company), combining educational impact with strategic backing to innovate at the intersection of learning and technology.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in modern GTM architecture, AI-augmented development, and cross-functional systems thinking; you will learn to make strategic build-vs-buy decisions, operationalize BI metrics into CRM systems, and present technical architectures to C-suite stakeholders — positioning you as a builder-thinker who shapes how revenue technology scales in a mission-driven organization.
