• • The Developer - Atlassian Process Engineering role at Capital Rx, Inc. is responsible for developing solutions for internal stakeholders using workflow management tools, with a specific focus on Atlassian products and cost optimization. This role is critical to improving internal operational efficiency by designing, implementing, and maintaining workflows that support business partners across the organization.
• • Day to day, the person will act as a subject matter expert in the Workflow Tooling landscape, assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on workflow automation platforms, design and develop clean, maintainable, and performant components and workflows, identify and clean up technical debt, participate in code reviews and quality assurance, partner with teams to create impactful customer journeys across call center systems, and correct production issues impacting service, revenue, or fulfillment with urgency.
