- • Lead Human Resources Business Partner role focused on providing expert HR support to the rapidly growing Patient Experience function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Partner closely with Team Leads and Managers across Patient Experience to deliver day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people coaching.
- • Support the full employee lifecycle from induction and probation through to progression and offboarding, while coaching managers to lead confidently in line with company culture and values.
- • Collaborate with the Head of People & Talent on key people initiatives, process improvements, and wider People projects, using data and feedback to drive proactive problem-solving and embed best practices in engagement, recognition, and manager development.
- • Work onsite with Montu UK’s South African partner, Mindpearl, in Cape Town, aligning with UK business hours to support UK-based teams and stakeholders.
- • Build strong relationships across operational teams as a trusted and visible People partner, supporting change, growth, and organisational development during rapid scaling.
- • Apply HR expertise in complex employee relations matters, including investigations, welfare discussions, and probation reviews, with a calm, fair, and pragmatic approach.
- • Contribute to shaping employee experience and building management capability in a startup-like environment that values creativity and deep ER expertise.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or operational environment supporting new and seasoned managers with complex people management, performance, and development challenges.
- • Experience supporting large frontline or customer-focused teams is highly desirable.
- • Confidence handling employee relations matters with a calm, fair, and pragmatic approach, including investigations, performance concerns, and welfare discussions.
- • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and support managers at different levels.
- • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in an ambiguous, evolving environment.
- • Self-sufficient and comfortable working remotely while collaborating closely with UK-based teams.
