- • As Lead Legal Engineer at Legora, you will operate as a player-coach, leading the company’s most complex and high-impact client engagements while managing and developing a team of Legal Engineers.
- • You will lead enterprise-level pilots and implementations across multiple stakeholders and products, from discovery through go-live, with clear success metrics, and own priority client use cases end-to-end, shaping scalable onboarding and implementation frameworks.
- • You will act as a senior thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships with partners, legal ops, and innovation leaders, and deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations, clearly articulating value and handling complex objections.
- • You will influence internal teams (Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Success) on implementation strategy, setup, and handover, represent the voice of the customer by surfacing product gaps with evidence, and drive them through to resolution.
- • You will build and refine team processes, systems, and operating rhythms that scale delivery quality and team effectiveness as the Legal Engineering function grows, and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support to drive individual and team growth.
- • You will manage and develop a team of Legal Engineers, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance standards, and lead hiring efforts for the Legal Engineering team, helping to attract and onboard top talent.

🎯 Requirements
- • Background in law, with experience at a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or legal tech environment.
- • Direct people management experience, including hiring, developing, and performance-managing a team in a client-facing or delivery environment.
- • Senior experience delivering complex client implementations or programmes with multiple stakeholders.
- • Product-savvy and tech-curious, with a strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows.
- • Clear and confident communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Excellence in stakeholder and programme management, influencing priorities and navigating high-stakes conversations.
