- • Lead the onboarding and training of new Medical Assistants (MAs) through a structured 4-week program, ensuring seamless integration into Flagler’s clinical workflows.
- • Schedule and conduct additional training sessions to address identified knowledge gaps or performance issues among MAs.
- • Perform daily and ad hoc quality checks on MA performance using key metrics: patient interactions, fallout and retention rates, protocol adherence, and documentation accuracy.
- • Monitor MA performance data to determine need for buddy shifts and peer support interventions.
- • Address operational issues raised by team leaders, including time management challenges and training deficiencies, and escalate structural problems to leadership (Leon/Dasha).
- • Provide constructive, data-driven feedback to MAs and assign actionable improvement items based on performance reviews.
- • Conduct monthly one-on-one check-ins with all MAs, including former team leads, documenting feedback, completing performance review templates, and setting monthly goals.
- • Lead the weekly MA team syncs by managing the "housekeeping" segment, sharing examples, screenshots, and operational reminders.
- • Assist in assigning patients to MAs after data upload to the platform, ensuring balanced workloads and optimal team utilization.
- • Support schedule management by coordinating coverage, adjusting team assignments, and responding to staffing needs in real time.
- • Utilize dashboards and documentation tools to track, analyze, and report on MA performance and operational efficiency.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying patterns in errors or workflow inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between clinical operations and patient care standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- • 3+ years of previous experience training or supervising Medical Assistants
- • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- • Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement
- • Comfortable using dashboards and documentation tools to track performance
- • Team player who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment
