• • As a Lead Next.js Full-Stack Engineer at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will be at the forefront of developing and scaling innovative consumer products within the LegalTech and Utilities sectors. • • A significant part of your responsibility will involve upholding and elevating engineering standards. This includes actively participating in, and often leading, code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, and promoting a culture of technical excellence across the team.
• • As a lead engineer, you will play a crucial role in mentoring junior and mid-level developers. You will provide technical guidance, share your expertise, and foster an environment where team members can grow their skills and careers.
• • You will also contribute to the growth of the engineering team by participating in hiring processes and onboarding new talent, helping to build a world-class engineering organization.
• • In this fast-paced, high-traffic environment, maintaining exceptional code quality and application performance is paramount. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, ensuring the platform remains responsive and reliable for hundreds of thousands of global customers.
• • You will be instrumental in setting up and continuously improving our CI/CD pipelines and development workflows. This includes automating build, test, and deployment processes to enable rapid and reliable releases.
