📋 Description

• As a Lead or Staff Software Engineer at Triumph (part of TBC Bank Group PLC), you will set the technical direction for a critical product area, influence architectural decisions, and lead through hands-on expertise to help build scalable, high-performing systems that support seamless freight transactions.
• Day to day, you will solve complex architectural challenges, mentor engineers, collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, contribute high-quality code, break down complex projects into maintainable systems, and guide technical roadmaps and project prioritization.
• You will join a mission-driven team focused on building the most modern and secure freight transaction network, where innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and partnership-building are valued to help clients’ businesses run better.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in system design and architecture, strengthen your leadership and mentoring abilities, influence cross-team technical strategy, and grow as a technical leader shaping long-term platform vision while working with a diverse tech stack including Ruby, C#, F#, Java, Elm, and React.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of professional software development experience with strong preference in Ruby on Rails and/or C#/.NET or F# or Java
• Proven full stack experience with one or more technology stacks
• Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalable software
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Skilled at identifying customer needs and delivering technical solutions
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
