📋 Description

• Lead, Product Design at MoneyHero Group Limited is a strategic role that shapes intuitive, high-performing product experiences to help millions across Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Taiwan make smarter financial decisions using AI-powered design and systems thinking.
• Day to day, you will design end-to-end product experiences from problem framing to developer-ready specs, leverage AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma AI to accelerate ideation and production, prototype rapidly to test hypotheses, own UX/UI across credit cards, loans, insurance, and more, design for conversion on core flows and growth surfaces, evolve the Figma design system for consistency and accessibility, integrate analytics and user feedback to iterate journeys, partner with engineers to ensure design fidelity, and lead and mentor a team of 2 Product Designers through feedback, coaching, and career development while acting as a thought partner to senior leadership across Product, Data, and Engineering.

• In this role, you will learn to lead design strategy in a high-velocity, lean team, master AI-accelerated design workflows, deepen your impact across multiple financial verticals and markets, grow your leadership and mentorship capabilities, influence product strategy through design thinking and evidence-based decisions, and advance your career as a pioneer in AI-enabled product design at a fast-growing fintech leader committed to your professional development and internal mobility.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a portfolio showcasing both product features and marketing or growth work
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in leading design initiatives or small teams
• Proficient in Figma with experience working with component libraries and modern design systems
• Strong understanding of interaction design, responsive layouts, and UX best practices
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI) as core extensions of your workflow from ideation to production
• Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or familiarity with engineering workflows
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
