- • As a Lead Product Manager, AI & Data at phData, you will own the end-to-end success of key data and AI solutions, bridging client business goals with modern data platforms and products to drive data maturity and data-driven decision making.
- • Day to day, you will own solution vision and roadmap at the engagement level, serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, translate business needs into technical direction, lead agile planning and execution, establish and monitor KPIs, ensure solution quality and adoption, contribute to business development, and stay current on industry trends in data, analytics, and AI.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI and data product strategy, strengthen client advisory and change leadership skills, drive measurable business outcomes through KPI-driven delivery, and grow as a strategic leader in enterprise data and AI transformations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience in product management roles focused on data, analytics, or AI platforms and products.
- • Consulting experience with external clients, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, including business development.
- • Strong data and AI literacy, including hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms, understanding of data modeling and AI/ML applications, and familiarity with data and AI architecture and governance.
- • Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in an agile environment, including analysts, engineers, architects, and change leaders.
- • Demonstrated strength in client relationship management, including building trusted relationships, translating complex business needs into technical solutions, and communicating clearly to technical and business audiences.
- • Strong grasp of agile and product development life cycles, including backlog management, iterative delivery, and KPI-driven decision making.
