📋 Description
- • Lead Product Manager for Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) platform at Humana, driving strategy, development, and optimization of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and compliance frameworks across member, provider, and associate experiences.
- • Define multi-year product vision for enterprise IAM, translate business and security needs into roadmaps and OKRs, and champion zero-trust principles and modern identity standards.
- • Lead cross-functional product development from concept to launch, including requirements, backlog management, feature prioritization, and release planning; collaborate with Engineering on MFA, SSO, passwordless auth, identity proofing, session management, RBAC/ABAC, and governance workflows.
- • Partner with Security, Compliance, Digital, and Platform teams to ensure alignment with NIST, CIS, SOC2, HIPAA, and internal risk frameworks; serve as voice for IAM across enterprise stakeholders and communicate roadmap updates and risk posture to senior leadership.
- • Define platform-level KPIs for IAM (authentication success rates, MFA usage, account recovery, fraud reduction); use analytics, NPS/CSAT, friction heatmaps, and A/B testing to optimize identity flows and quantify business and security impact.
- • Work in a remote nationwide role with occasional travel to Humana offices; full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours and competitive pay range of $126,300–$173,700 per year plus bonus eligibility.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on IAM, CIAM, Security, or related platform domains.
- • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts including authentication & MFA (passwordless), authorization (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC), identity lifecycle management, SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, directory services, identity proofing, and fraud prevention.
- • Experience with leading IAM platforms such as Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock, Azure AD/B2C, Ping, or similar.
- • Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks including HIPAA, CMS/Medicare, NIST 800‑63, SOC2, CCPA/GDPR, and PCI; ability to translate requirements into product features.
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority; strong executive communication skills to articulate complex identity topics to non-technical stakeholders.
