  • • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product features and launches, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, pricing, and channel planning to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to gather customer insights, validate product-market fit, and translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for diverse industries and regions.
  • • Own the end-to-end product launch process, from pre-launch readiness and enablement to post-launch performance tracking, ensuring sales teams, partners, and customers are equipped with the right tools, training, and messaging.
  • • Create and maintain product positioning frameworks, competitive battle cards, sales playbooks, and customer-facing content that clearly articulate Deputy’s differentiation in the workforce management space.
  • • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product usage data to identify expansion opportunities, inform product roadmap priorities, and recommend iterative improvements to messaging and GTM approach.
  • • Represent Deputy as a thought leader in product marketing by contributing to industry events, webinars, and content initiatives that highlight the impact of workforce management technology on frontline workers and businesses.
  • • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric storytelling.
  • • Champion the integration of AI tools and thinking into product marketing workflows, leveraging generative AI for content creation, predictive analytics for campaign optimization, and intelligent automation to accelerate time-to-market.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong ability to translate technical product features into clear, compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences across industries and regions.
  • • Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • • Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform marketing decisions, measure campaign performance, and optimize messaging based on customer insights and market trends.
  • • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing workflows, including content generation, predictive analytics, and automation, with a willingness to learn and innovate.
  • • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and represent the company externally.
